It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. Capacity for 8 people! Despite its serene location, it is a short 15 minute drive from the Airport and 20 minutes to the center of Palma Ciudad, known for its vibrant bars, restaurants, boutiques and Casco Antiguo. The interior of the house is a blend of beautiful contemporary decor combined with a touch of artistic style to create a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Villa Bay Blue offers 400 m2 of spacious and comfortable accommodation, spread over 2 floors: 1st Floor: The design of the villa is such that all rooms and living room face the terrace and pool area with large sliding glass doors that give access to the exterior. The first floor is an open design and features a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a large TV and a fireplace for cooler afternoons out of season, dining room with a table large enough to accommodate all guests and a living room a modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table. There is direct access from the dining room to the large outdoor terrace with a perfect outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.In the hallway is a living room with a sofa, there is a guest toilet conveniently located next to the main living room. Following the hallway is the master bedroom with air conditioning and full bathroom en suite with beautiful views, spacious walk-in closet, large sliding doors facing directly to the pool and garden.Each floor is accessible via internal stairs.. 2nd Floor: The stairs in the open living room lead to the second floor, where there is a living room with comfortable sofas, TV and library, following the corridor we find two double bedrooms with a large shared bathroom in between. Both bedrooms are very bright and have large sliding windows with view to the pool and garden. Down the hallway is a third double room with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and AC. Villa Bay Blue stands out not only for its fascinating architecture, but also for its meticulous interior design, example of modern Mediterranean life. The use of glass and double-height ceilings enhance natural light and air circulation. The villa perfectly integrates the interior and exterior spaces, with areas for sunbathing, a crystal-clear (salt) water pool with infinite views and has a nice porch to enjoy evenings with friends or with family with beautiful sunset. A unique feature of Villa Bay Blue is that the terrace has magnificent panoramic views of the Bay of Palma and you can see the regattas. Located on the coast of Badia Azul (Llucmajor), it is an exclusive design house with a beautiful ocean view for an unforgettable stay. Badia Blava Beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Incidentally, it's one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, offering opportunities for diving and snorkeling. It only takes about 20 minutes by car to reach Llucmajor for extensive shopping, a visit to the weekly market, or a trip to a fine restaurant. The Maioris golf course and Palma Aquarium are also nearby.
