This finca with a valid holiday rental licence for 8 people is located in the east of Llucmajor. It has good access to the motorway towards Palma and Campos and is only a few minutes' drive from the town.
The finca is situated on a plot of approx. 17,000 square metres, which is completely fenced in. The house is accessed via a driveway lined with palm trees. This offers around 250 square metres of space for future holiday guests. In front of the house is the covered terrace, the large 12 x 7 metre swimming pool and spacious sunbathing areas. To the side is the outdoor kitchen and another terrace.
The house is equipped with oil central heating. It can therefore be used and rented out all year round. The bedrooms are spacious and have practical built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large and bright living-dining room offers plenty of space for seating, a dining table and a working fireplace.
The property is connected to the municipal electricity network. Water is supplied from a communal well.

Luxueux, mais inégal

Très bel endroit, spacieux, confortable, de très beaux meubles, unr décoration subtile avec de magnifiques pièces, mais un confort parfois inégal (le canapé du salon est plutôt cheap par rapport aux fauteuils qui sont d'excellente facture). L'ensemble gagnerait à être mieux entretenu. Dans la cuisine, les portes des placards sont mal pendues et finiront par gauchir. Mais notre séjour fut très agréable et notre hôte, Michael, fort réactif face à quelques impondérables . Une mention également pour le couple chargé de l'entretien, charmant et efficace. tenu. The stay

The house was very beautiful and exactly what we expected. We had some problems with the WiFi, but due to good contact with the owner, someone solved it immediately. I would recommend renting a car because the house is in a fairly remote location. But overall we were very happy with the stay!
