It can accommodate up to 4 people. The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In them, you will find a terrace surrounded by fruit trees in which, without a doubt, the star is the large private chlorine swimming pool, which has dimensions of 7 m x 2.5 m and a depth of between 0.5 m and 1.80 m. Around it, you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing and a porch with a barbecue where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The interior of the property has been thought and designed to offer you all the comforts. The living-dining room, equipped with AC, Smart TV with satellite channels and CD and DVD player is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, radiator and AC. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. The setting of the house will make you forget all the stress and is ideal if you are looking to be away from tourism and enjoy a rural holiday. However, in less than 20 minutes drive, you will reach the coast and Cala Pi, a small sandy cove with a special charm. In general, the south has many wonderful beaches, such as Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. The villages Llucmajor and Campos offer everything you need during your stay. Near Llucmajor you will find the Talaiots de Capocorb, which are the remains of an ancient Mallorcan civilisation. On the coast you will find the lighthouse of Cap Blanc, which was inaugurated in 1863. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 0 cars. Nov 27, 2023 #### Lovely stay We had a lovely stay in November. The finca was exactly as described and looked like the photos. Spotlessly clean and we really liked the attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy to prepare meals. Outside fridge by the pool was a bonus. Lovely welcome package left by the owners with local wine, snacks etc which was a lovely touch. Neben einer vorgeheizten Finca (Februar) wurden wir auch mit einem Startpaket für den ersten Hunger/Durst (Pasta, Chips, Flasche Wein, Bier/Wasser im Kühlschrank) überrascht und zum Frühstück haben wir frische Orangen direkt vom Baum bekommen....hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich noch groß geschrieben. Die Finca liegt inmitten der Natur, ist aber trotzdem zentral genug für Ausflüge zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Die Finca ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich sofort wie Zuhause fühlt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Schade war, dass Homerti vorab keinen Kontakt zu den Eigentümern hergestellt hat, denn wie sich herausgestellt hat, wäre ein früherer Check-in sehr wohl möglich gewesen. Wir waren begeistert von dieser wunderschönen Finca, der Gastfreundschaft und auch von der Schönheit Mallorcas....wir kommen sicher wieder! :) ##### Kristina E.
