House Miramar is situated in the privileged residential park of Cala Canyelles. 3 minutes walk to the restaurant "El Trull" with community pool, diving school, bus stop and information Office. Approx. 400 m up to the beach of Cala Canyelles. House Miramar has: BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: double bed Bedroom 2: double bed with possibility of separated in two individual. Own bathroom. Bedroom 3: double bed Equipped with wardrobes, blankets and pillows. Bed linen and towels can be rented. This house can be occupied by one person more (extra bed or sofa-bed); extra charge. There is possibility to rent a cot or a bed for children. BATHROOMS 1 bathroom with shower 1 bathroom with shower (from the 2n room) LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM Living room on two levels with TV-Sat (satellite), fireplace and table and chairs for 6 people. Direct access to the porch / terrace. Amazing views to the sea. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT Fully equipped with tableware, gas kitchen and gas oven. Dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (drip style) and kettle available. OUTDOOR FACILITIES Porch with awning and table and chairs for 6-7 persons. Sunny terrace with excelent views and sun loungers. Outdoor cooking: portable BBQ. Parquing area in front of the plot. GENERAL EQUIPMENT Cleaning kit available. Pets are welcome on request. (5€/ day) Extra bed, cot, high chair for babies (Extra charge). Due to the quietness of the area, groups of young people are not accepted. The property reserves the right of admission. Domestic animals (usually allowed upon request): € 5 / day / animal The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm. In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, comunity pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt. Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited. The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before. The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys. The Exit must be made before 10:00\. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection. The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit. How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square. Beschwerlich ist der Ab-/Anstieg zum Hauseingang mit 34 Stufen. Das Mückenschutzgitter in einem Schlafzimmer ist defekt und höchst durchlässig, in den anderen Schlafzimmer fehlt es ganz. Der Gasherd war nur teilweise funktionsfähig, es wurde aber schnell Abhilfe durch Bereitstellung eines Elektrobackofens geschaffen. Ein sehr großzügiger Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sind wie auch sonstiger Küchenbedarf vorhanden. Wohnraum und Terrasse sind großzügig und bestens möbliert. Das in der Beschreibung erwähnte Schwimmbad war zwar vorhanden, konnte aber nicht benutzt werden (erst ab Ende Juni) ##### Margitta S.
