Property Summary  
Villa "Panorama" is a luxurious and comfortable two-story vacation rental in Lloret De Mar, Spain. It boasts a terraced garden, a kidney-shaped seasonal swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 80 - 150 cm), garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property also features a central heating system, internet WiFi, parking (single garage), and the option for an installment plan. The villa is situated in the Serra Brava district, 4 km from the center of Lloret de mar and 3 km from the sea and beach.  
  
Outdoors  
The property offers a private terraced garden and a seasonal kidney-shaped swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 80 - 150 cm), available from April 1st to October 20th. Guests can enjoy the garden furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
The owner does not accept any groups or youth groups. Please note that part of the house is closed and unoccupied, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behavior are expected from guests. A car is recommended for easy access and exploration of the surrounding areas.

The villa is conveniently located 900 m from a supermarket, restaurant, and bar. Nearby attractions include Tossa de mar (9 km), Waterworld (7 km), Marinland (15 km), Girona (47 km), and Barcelona (80 km), offering a variety of entertainment and sightseeing opportunities.

Unit Layout  
  
You will be staying in a 9-room villa that spans 400 square meters. The villa is spacious, bright, and has been partly renovated in 2023, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with its inviting furnishings. The main living and dining area features a dining table, digital TV, and access to international TV channels, with an exit leading to the patio. There are three double bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (one with a 150 cm bed, another with a 180 cm bed), and one of the bedrooms has an attached bath/shower/bidet/WC. Additionally, there is a separate dining room with a winter garden. The open kitchen on the main floor is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it provides access to the terrace. The lower ground floor houses another living and dining area with a dining table and an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. Here, you will find two double bedrooms, each with a French bed (180 cm), and a children's room with two bunk beds (90 cm). There is also an open kitchen in the entrance area, featuring similar appliances to the main kitchen. The lower ground floor also has two additional showers/WCs.

Your vacation home is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You will have access to a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. The villa offers internet connectivity with free WiFi access. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a panoramic view of the sea. For your convenience, reserved parking and a garage at the house are available.
