Property Summary  
Villa "Panorama" is a luxurious and comfortable two-story vacation rental in Lloret De Mar, Spain. It boasts a terraced garden, a kidney-shaped seasonal swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 80 - 150 cm), garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property also features a central heating system, internet WiFi, parking (single garage), and the option for an installment plan. The villa is situated in the Serra Brava district, 4 km from the center of Lloret de mar and 3 km from the sea and beach.  
  
Outdoors  
The property offers a private terraced garden and a seasonal kidney-shaped swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 80 - 150 cm), available from April 1st to October 20th. Guests can enjoy the garden furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
The owner does not accept any groups or youth groups. Please note that part of the house is closed and unoccupied, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behavior are expected from guests. A car is recommended for easy access and exploration of the surrounding areas.

The villa is conveniently located 900 m from a supermarket, restaurant, and bar. Nearby attractions include Tossa de mar (9 km), Waterworld (7 km), Marinland (15 km), Girona (47 km), and Barcelona (80 km), offering a variety of entertainment and sightseeing opportunities.

Unit Layout  
This 5-room villa, spanning 250 m2, is spacious and bright, having undergone a complete renovation in 2023\. It boasts a cozy and comfortable furnishing, with a living/dining room featuring a dining table, digital TV, and access to international TV channels, as well as an exit leading to the patio. The villa comprises three double bedrooms: one with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the terrace, another with a French bed of the same dimensions, and a third bedroom with a larger French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) accompanied by a bath/shower/bidet/WC. Additionally, there is a dining room with a winter garden and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, which also provides access to the terrace. A separate shower/WC is included in the layout.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, perfect for outdoor relaxation. For your convenience, a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer are provided. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge, and a reserved, fenced parking space is included. Please note that the TV channels are available only in Spanish, French, and German.

The villa boasts a panoramic view of the sea, creating a stunning backdrop for your vacation. With a maximum capacity of 6 people, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property offers ample space for families or groups of friends.
