The hotel apartment is furnished in the typical local style. The hotel complex, built in 1987, is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, and terrace.

Lloret de Mar. The apartment is located in a hotel complex, on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
