Villa Talia consists of 3 floors connected by internal stairs and features large terraces to enjoy the incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The ground floor, with access to the outdoor pool area and garage, includes: \* Dining area and fully equipped kitchen \* 3 bedrooms \* 2 bathrooms All rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning!
