### Villa 'Casa Segunda' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

With a view of the mountains, the villa 'Casa Segunda' situated in the town of Lliria is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an En Suite shower room that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Additional amenities include fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, heating, washing machine, dryer as well as a TV with a DVD player. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.  
  
As an addition to 2025 we have now finished converting the Cinema Room.  
  
This room is fitted with comfy sofas, curtains, an 86" 4K TV, 3D DVD Blue Ray Player and installed with a surround sound system so you are able to watch your favourite films from the DVD collection. The room is fully soundproof and is fitted with its own toilet and kitchen.  
  
Your private outdoor area includes a lovely large covered terrace area for relaxing and al fresco dining, a large pool with LED lights, a large garden with a football goal, basketball net, Golf putting and pitching greens with a bunker, Balinese bed for relaxing, a barbecue and an outdoor solar shower.  
  
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 standard double bed. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 773m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 2.07km. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 440m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 3.82km. Walking/driving distance to nearest beach: 30.5km, Platja Port Saplatja. Airport Valencia: 24.6km. Free parking is available on the property (3 parking spaces) and on the street. Families with children are welcome. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The property has a step-free interior. Towels and bed linen are included in the price (one per person). Beach/pool towels are provided.

#### August visit

Beautifully presented, modern villa with a spacious, well kept out door area which was great for the kids to play in. The pool was a very good size and very clean. Our boys were in it all day, every day! Lisa was a great host. She kept in touch before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Villa Casa Segunda and would love to return.
