« We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests. »

Apartment in good location with shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, 2 min walk to parking, everything clean and well maintained. Check in etc all easy. « The communication with the host was excellent from the start. The check in was clear and easy and the property was as described. The property had everything to make the two nights comfortable and plenty of items to be able to cook at the property. We stayed with our newborn, It's unclear if there was an accessible route into the building so we struggled a little with a pram on the front entrance steps but there was a lift once inside of the property. We look forward to staying again »

« Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. Expected more from Vrbo who I’ve booked some lovely holiday villas through before. They really should...
