We brought all premade food and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and is very spacious, so it was perfect. Jen and Cody are excellent in their communication and so kind. Location is in the country so it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s centrally located between Fredricksburg (30 miles away) and Llano (20 miles away) which was exactly what we wanted this trip. Cody, Jen, and family were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. The bunkhouse was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The welcoming snacks, and wine were a bonus. Whether you're wanting to visit the local shops and cafes in Llano or want to spend a few days touring the wineries in Fredericksburg, it's all within a 25 minute drive. The bunkhouse is perfect with two bedrooms, a nice living space and full kitchen. The house is meticulously clean and all furniture is in great condition. We will definitely return. And why not- seeing all the cattle every morning and deer in the evening- what could be better. Love this place. ##### Andrew W.
