From the bright lounge-dining room, you have direct access to the large terrace with outdoor furniture and awning, ideal for dining al fresco or simply relaxing while enjoying the stunning views. When you go in, there is an open-plan space that includes a nicely arranged lounge-dining room-kitchen area with table, chairs, armchairs, coffee table and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary for a pleasant stay: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, tableware and washing machine. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and 1 full bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided. Air-conditioning, heat pump heating, washing machine. Lift. Shared parking space, ideal for storing bicycles, surfboards or a small trailer. It’s not big enough for a car. No smoking and pets are not allowed. For accommodation with capacity for 10 people, you can rent the adjacent apartment (same floor, 4 people) under agency reference: 19.2 St Genis. Location This apartment is located 600 metres from Grifeu beach and close to the port and shops and restaurants. Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area.
