When you go in, there is an open space comprising a lounge-dining room with a sofa-bed, armchairs and TV and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer and tableware . The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with mountain views, the other with sea views, and 1 full bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace that has outdoor furniture, an awning and an electric grill. A staircase leads to the second 77 m2 sun terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. Air conditioning, washing machine. Lift. Communal parking space, ideal for storing bicycles, surfboards or a small trailer. It's not big enough for a car. No smoking and pets are not allowed. For accommodation with capacity for 10 people, you can rent the adjacent apartment (same floor, 4 people) under agency reference: 19.2 St Genis. Location This apartment is located 600 metres from Grifeu beach and close to the port and shops and restaurants. Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area.
