### Port de Llançà 44.1 - Apartment with balcony

To get to the apartment, you have to go down some stairs from the street to go into the residential building and then walk up to the top floor.   
  
When you go in, there is a large open-space with an open kitchen and lounge-dining room with large French windows which let in lots of natural light and lead out to the balcony. There is a sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, a TV and other furniture. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you will need for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Mini Moka Express coffee machine and tableware.   
  
On the balcony there is a small table and chairs, a sofa with cushions, awning and views of the town and the road.   
  
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and door leading to a small balcony with views of the town and mountains. The other bedroom has bunk beds (2 places), a desk and an open wardrobe. Sheets are provided. There is 1 full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and towels.   
  
Air conditioning, radiators. Parking in the street.

The apartment is located 600 m from the centre of Port de Llançà and the beach.   
  
Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
