Fantastic penthouse located in the area of La Coma in Llançà, 250 meters from the beach of Les Tonyines, with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. Located in a recently built building with elevator, in a quiet area with garage. The apartment has three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and built-in wardrobes, and another with a supplementary sofa bed for two people. The kitchen, independent, is fully equipped with oven, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge .... and has access to the terrace. Dining room with large windows, well equipped and decorated with a beautiful furniture according to the floor. Design table and chairs, comfortable sofa, TV with Sat TNT of French channels and access to the terrace, also equipped with sun loungers. There are two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Ideal to rest enjoying the scenery and tranquility.
