Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2.8 km, railway station "LLançà" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Platja de Guifreu" 750 m, rocky beach "Cap Ras", swimming bay 400 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, surf school 1.5 km, sailing school 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Cadaqués 1.6 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 20 km, Aquabrava parc Roses 18 km, Casino, Golf Peralada 17 km.
