The house is divided into 3 floors independent of each other and that make up 3 apartments (2 private, 1 summer rental), which is an advantage for its occupants in search of privacy and tranquility. The apartment is spacious, with large rooms and beautiful views from all its windows. It offers a bright living room, independent kitchen, terrace with furniture, 1 complete renovated bathroom and two toilets (W.C.), and air conditioning controlled by a coin-operated meter. The house, whose main facade faces the street, is surrounded by a private sloping garden and a green area, with no neighbors other than those on the other side of the street. On both sides, there are 2 neighboring staircases that communicate directly with the village.
