The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and in a very charming building. Finally, as part of a much longer trip, it was very handy to have a washing machine in the apartment. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Parken direkt im Hof kostet 15€/d extra plus Touristtax. Für fünf Personen war das Appartement schlecht eingerichtet. Teller sind nur für fünf Personen 1mal da. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten die bei der "Royal" Unterkunft nerven. Keine Steckdose neben dem Spiegel, keine Ablageflächen im Bad, schlechte Töpfe und Besteck zum Kochen. Der Esstisch in der Küche ist zu klein für 5 Personen. Wären wir zu viert gewesen und würden wir nur auswärts Essen hätten wir sicher einen Stern mehr gegeben. Dieses Apartment ist ein Beispiel dafür wie aus Wohnungen in der Stadt das schnelle Geld über Vermietungen gemacht werden soll, Verkaufslackierung und schicke Fotos. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
