You'll have your choice of a full-sized queen bed, a spacious king bed, or a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Start your day right with a delicious cup of coffee, made just the way you like it! Choose from three coffee makers - a Nespresso capsule machine, an Italian stove-top coffee maker, or a filter coffee maker. A water heater is also available to boil water for your tea, and a toaster is on hand to warm your bread. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic cooker, microwave, oven and dishwasher. It is freshly stocked with all the essentials you need to cook, including sugar, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, and a selection of spices. Relax in the living area with a couch and TV with over 190 free channels. Enjoy your meals at the dining table. The apartment also features two bathrooms with shower, wash basin, hair dryer, and all the essentials. Take advantage of the laundry room with washer/dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Step outside to the fully fenced garden and enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace or have some fun on the tended lawn. We have a parking space available for 1 normal sized car only (no vans or mobile homes). We’ll guide you to the parking space when you arrive. Additional vehicles and/or large vehicles (vans, mobile homes, etc), can be parked on the street. Parking on the street is payable Monday through Friday from 7:00 until 19:00, the price is 0,40 EUR/hour (parking meter). Outside these times and on weekends and holidays street parking is free. A few spots for E-charging are also available on our street. Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the property. Enjoy the comfort and care of staying in a home that is attentively maintained and loved. This property is not managed by a company, but by the owner herself. You will enter the apartment through your own private house entrance. Upon booking the entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. There are no shared indoor spaces. Garden is shared only with the owner. This is not a hotel, we don't clean the apartment daily. Guests can request a change of bed linens, towels and interim cleaning for an additional fee. Either 20 minute walk or 6 minute car ride (best to park at Kongresni Trg/Congress Square), a block from Presernov Square. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one rather small, other good sized. Beds are comfortable, well equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator. Combo washer/dryer. Nice dining space with large table, comfortable couch. Bathrooms are very clean and updated but with tiny showers only. Dedicated parking space adjacent to home. Just 5 minute walk to Spar grocery store. Stasa is fluent in multiple languages, greets you there upon arrival, then provides you with complete quiet and privacy. ##### Joel W. Stasa was very responsive to our queries and the yard by the apartment is beautiful, even though we didn’t spend much time in it as we were out and about most of the time. Great water pressure in the showers and lots of hot water. Definitely recommend. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. With sensible management of the blinds, the flat stayed pleasantly cool, despite the 30 degree heat outside. It's perfectly walkable into town, or to the Tivoli Gardens (where we went to take refuge from the sun!). A great base from which to explore Ljubljana. Stasa was really helpful, and we ate twice at a local restaurant she recommended. ##### Richard L. It was beautiful, clean, and she had provided everything we might need. The communication was excellent and the place was roomy and great for the 6 of us. Our host Stasi was super nice, and always available.Ljubljana a short driving distance away, we enjoyed a lazy relaxing riverboat road, the town squares with many cafés, shopping, and the castle visit. ##### Carol M.
