Step into Crown Residence, a sophisticated two-floor apartment designed for comfort, style, and convenience. Enter on the second floor to a welcoming lobby with a storage closet for your belongings. Upstairs, the open-plan living area features a large, plush sofa, a spacious dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances and ample workspace.  
  
The apartment offers two large, elegantly furnished bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The luxurious bathroom includes a rainfall shower, designer fixtures, and a washing machine. Step onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking views of Ljubljana Castle while sipping your morning coffee or evening wine.

The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the train station and 25 minutes from the airport. Dear guests,  
We want to inform you about a few policies regarding your stay at our Crown Residence. We kindly ask that you read and respect these policies during your stay:  
\- Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.  
\-We kindly ask all residents and guests to observe quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. During this time, please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.  
\-The minimum age for guests booking our house is 18 years old.  
\-Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our house.  
\-A pre-check-in form must be filled out before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival process.  
\-The tourist tax in Slovenia is 3,13 EUR per guest per night and must be paid with a credit card before check-out. Please note that this tax is not included in the rental price.  
\-A security deposit of 150 € must be paid with a credit card up to 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by credit card up to 3 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
