Il personale è abbastanza gentile e disponibile: per un imprevisto sono dovuto andare via prima e mi hanno restituito i soldi. It is a hostel, one must adapt, but all in all it is kept well and is quite clean; maybe we guests need to go over some cohabitation rules and be more respectful of the environment. The staff is quite friendly and helpful: I had to leave early to get the money back. La pulizia delle camere e dei bagni è ottimale. L'ostello dispone anche di un comodo dehor all'aperto proprio di fronte l'ingresso. Il personale è gentile, giovane e disponibile.La struttura si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro città in una zona silenziosa. I loved it, I really liked this accommodation as it was quite quirky. It is clearly aimed at young people, however I am in my 50's and was made to feel welcome and in no way felt awkward. This is an old building, so the walls are thick, so soundproofing between rooms is good. The location is about 5 mins walk away from the old city centre and very close to the river, so very convenient. It was a pain that the kitchen was small and 2 floors down from me, however that is reflected in the price I paid for a room in the location.
