This stunning 5-room villa spans over 200m2 and is spread across 3 levels. Recently renovated in 2015, the villa boasts antique and cosy furnishings that provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The living/dining room boasts an open-hearth fireplace, perfect for creating a cosy ambiance. The room also features a dining table and satellite TV, and has direct access to a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer and electric coffee machine. It also has a dining table and access to the garden. There is also a separate WC on this level.

The upper floor features 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed each, while the third bedroom has a French bed (160 cm) and an ensuite shower/WC. There is also a separate shower/WC with double hand-basin on this level.

The top floor has a room with sloping ceilings, featuring 2 single beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and 1 double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). There is also a separate WC on this level. Gas heating is available throughout the villa.

The villa boasts 2 terraces and a patio, all of which have terrace furniture and deck chairs. The view from the villa is simply breathtaking, offering a marvellous view of the sea. The villa also comes equipped with a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot and hair dryer.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of 3 pets/dogs are allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
