The property boasts a vast fenced natural state area spanning 4'000 square meters, perfect for sunbathing on the lush lawn. Additionally, it features a patio area of 60 square meters and a barbecue house, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment.

Villa "Casa del Larice" comprises two apartments within the property. Guests can avail of weekly linen and towel changes (supplementary charges apply), as well as room cleaning services upon request (extra charges).
