Comfortable 2-family house "Casa Cantoni", 2'096 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. 200 m from the centre of Trepalle, 8 km from the centre of Livigno, 28 km from the centre of Bormio, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 500 m from the skiing area. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Chair lift 500 m, slopes 500 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
4-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm). Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Small balcony.
