Hotel staff was great from the front desk who gave us a list of recommended restaurants to the friendly guy who took care of us at the breakfast area. We requested bacon and we got the next day! I can't think of anything I'd change. We used all of the facilities.
It was a last minute booking due to being stranded in the town for a night, but it was worth the $60 to avoid sleeping in a train/bus station. The desk was very helpful, I appreciated the hair dryer installed in the bathroom, and the breakfast choices were delicious.
The staff at check in were very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. We were also set up with a cab driver who not only dropped us off at our destination but also promptly picked us up. The room was clean & comfortable. Cleanliness is very important to me when I travel. Hampton never disappoints.
