Oct 21, 2025 Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy The first thing was the property, we didn't know what number we were supposed to stay at in Channel Road, so we guessed as there was no response from the owner, not only that but it was double booked and the other "occupants" were obviously not happy.. Not the cleanest In fact really dirty in places ....fridge freezer awfully filthy ., dust and dirt everywhere including rubbish under the sofas ... and bins not emptied from the previous guests. .. One grill shelf in the oven, very limited cutlery and cooking utensils...The mould and damp in the bathroom wasn't bad but it was there....as well as chipped paint work everywhere even back to the brickwork... Very disappointed. The iron didn't work (tried In all sockets)and also some sockets don't appear to work ... As for a 90 cleaning charge, we left the place cleaner than when we arrived ##### Chris M.
