"Great experience at Novotel. It was in the perfect area and easily walkable to Mathew St., Liverpool One and Royal Albert Dock. Area was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay was the lack of proper air conditioning! It got fairly hot during the day. "
"From start to finish this was an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn. Anna on reception was brilliant before we arrived and Dylan checked us in perfectly. A great room and a very positive breakfast experience. Superb."
"Access was excellent.Very clean.Particularly liked the old and new buildings combined.Would have liked to sit up to a table and eat in the reception cafe bar.Difficult eating a meal from an easy chair onto a coffee table. These could easily be situated in the old building.THis is not a complaint.!!!!"
"The reception staff was amazing Elle her name was helpful polite went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable lovely staff good service for food not to busy "
