We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock, with full details shared shortly before your arrival. The apartment has ground-floor access, with the bedrooms situated on the lower, underground level. Please note that this is accessible only via stairs. The property is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. This beautiful, colourful apartment is just a short stroll from the City Centre and near some brilliant places to visit, including, the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall! The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair. For a peaceful retreat, head to Falkner Square Gardens and enjoy the lush greenery. Getting Around: The closest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 17-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the City's Electric Scooters to ride you around town!
