Converted from a previous banana warehouse, the original wooden beams on ceiling coupled with the beautiful exposed brickwork, original wooden flooring and wall features offer an ambient sense of character to the whole apartment. The Space: Cosy Studio Apartment Sleeps 2: • Fitted with a double size bed for 2 guests. • Has a double sofa bed in the living area sleeping two more guests. • Has a large TV with an Amazon firestick- you can stream your favourite shows on your favourite streaming apps with the group. • Has a dining area that has a lovely view of the municipal building from the window. • The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and much more! Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor with no lift in the building. You will need to walk up six flights of stairs.\*\* Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home! The Neighborhood: Located in Central Liverpool, this apartment is easy walking distance of the City's best attractions! The famous 'Liver Building' and Liverpool Docks are just a 7-minute walk away. Getting Around: Everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance, although transport links such as Lime Street and various bus stops are less than 5 minute walk away! NCP 69 Tithebarn Street Liverpool L2 2EE Other Things to Note: The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 1 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer! The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method. The apartment is located on the top floor with no lift in the building. You will need to walk up six flights of stairs. We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation. The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Slight criticism about the pots and pans/kitchen knives etc they could be due for replacement. Unfortunately the maintenance team needed access during our stay which wasn't convenient. They also didn't appear to have solved the problem, which I think is due to the hot water being set to scalding. The apartment is let down a little by the communal stairs which could do with regular hoovering. Also worth noting that if you book parking at the Pall Mall NCP, inexplicably they only allow you to enter and exit once even if you are staying several days ##### Joe E.
