Good for short overnight stay.

Hotel is very nice, room was comfortable and basic. Lounge bar area was sparse and needs updating to give a more welcome feel like a pub rather than a waiting room.

Great stay

Great, comfy quiet place to stay whilst visiting family in liverpool, very reasonably priced. Breakfast extra 13 per head per day was absolutely delicious. Service was fab too.

Don't be put off by the fact that it's on an industrial estate! Excellent service, happy and efficient staff, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The grounds outside have been cleverly landscaped to disguise what's beyond.

Lovely hotel

Lovely clean hotel with fantastic staff. Also the bedroom and bed was very comfortable. The bar cosy and would certainly stay again on my next trip to Scotland.
