Just 20x mins walk from the nearest railway station and 12x mins from Oxton village centre proper, where you can find the vibrant independent local shops, amenities, bakeries, bars and eateries. Nestled just south of the beautiful Birkenhead Park, recently refurbished & with a modern premium décor, this apartment offers a true "home away from home" experience.

The property is well located nearby to major employers: Birkenhead Docks, Cammell Laird and the local hospitals as well as Unilever and Bristol Myers Squibb (N.B. listed in proximity order) are 4-13x mins drive away with Liverpool City Centre just 18x mins drive. Urenco, Vauxhall Ellesmere Port, Stanlow Oil Refinery, ICT, Amazon, Toyota, Shotton Mill and Tata are all within 32x mins drive. Further afield are Airbus, Liverpool Airport and JLR Halewood between 37-42x mins drive away.
