Tru by Hilton Lake City

8/10 Good
"Overall it was fine. Great location. Friendly staff. Cleanliness was great at first glance but as someone who searches thoroughly for bed bugs before unloading, I was a little disappointed. No bed begs thankfully but mattresses were very stained. Clearly the mattress protectors were not utilized at one time or not of good quality. I did appreciate the hard floors in our room because carpet can never truly be clean in my opinion. But the floors here could use some steam cleaning or scrubbing. After my shower, I did walk barefoot before leaving the room, my feet were visibly dirty after so bring shower shoes or slippers for sure. Just minor things for a one night stay."
