"I had a wonderful stay at The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites from last Sunday until today. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, caring, and truly welcoming from start to finish. The front desk team was always helpful and kind, making check-in and any questions easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was absolutely superb—special thanks to Nadia, who kept my room spotless every single day. Her hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Big thanks to the chef and all the dining room staff for consistently great service. Overall, shout-out to all the staff, even though I don’t remember everyone’s name. Your professionalism and warmth made this stay special. One love ❤️ I’ll definitely be back—no other hotel for me. "Place was nice but some of the workers had a nasty attitude and made us go to the basement to get on elevator. The bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing I had to fill up the toilet with water for every flush. I will not be staying there again "

"We arrived early and even though the room was not ready checking in was very courteous, friendly an professional. Our front desk person even traveled out to where we were relaxing near the pool bar lounge to let us know the room was ready and provided us with the room keys. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area and the view of the Kingston downtown. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and more than we had expected with courteous staff. Overall a great stay and we plan on staying at the Pegasus on future trips."
