There rusty rails that hang your clean towels on. There are not enough towels in rooms. When asked, they said they are out. No towels ar the pool. A guest dropped a towel by the pool it was left there for two daus before it was picked up.

It was a very relaxing and peaceful experience. The staff was great, the room was clean and overall a great experience

Everyone was very kind and helpful soon as we arrived. We got there around 1 pm and checked in. They had a room ready for us. That was amazing. The pool is great. The breakfast was good. And they even have a coffee bar all the time! Would different recommend this place. We will be back our next trip to Jacksonville beach.

Just returned from the Omni Plantation at Amelia Island. Overall it was a very good trip. We had a standard room with two queen beds. The resort is great. Beautiful ocean views all around. Staff is great and very helpful. Overall a great place for a family ocean vacation. A few things to improve: parking is kind of a pain. If you self park you must use their parking deck. Not convenient to anything. Also while I don’t consider myself a coffee snob, the coffe they serve on property (Stance I think) is almost undrinkable. Other than that, it’s a great place. It also handles big spring break crowds very well.

We had a second story room. Our room was among the rooms that were somewhat recently renovated. The upstairs rooms are carpeted with tile in the entry and tile in the bathroom. The first story rooms are all tile. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was small but enough for two of us to work with. The beds were comfy but the box springs were squeaky. That didn't really bother us too much. The building was quiet and we felt safe in our rooms and sitting on the balcony. We loved the walkway path to the beach and were happy to be so close to the beach for our stay. The only thing that we really feel could be improved upon was the strength of the WiFi. The signal was weak. We feel we got a great value for our money.
