They advertise room service but there is none… then when we called to put in an order for pick up we were put on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected. Was really clean tho.

Great for Tesla Owners :)
Perfect hotel for my cross country roadtrip with my dog. Ample free parking that’s easily accessible, lots of Tesla chargers, and comfortable accommodations. Very pleasant after a long day on the road. I felt safe walking my dog alone in the neighborhood by the hotel and saw a lot of other dog walkers out in the morning. Not much to see or do right by the hotel but it’s a very very short drive to downtown.

It’s right off the highway so it’s loud. Construction in the parking lot and there was no parking. But it was clean.

The new deco and updating is beautiful.Al5hought construction was still happening outside it is going to be great once completed.Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.Loved the shuttle to and from arena.Orlando desk clerk was super!

Went to check in at 3 because that is what my email said and when I got there was told my room wasn't ready and he didn't know when it would be. I left called an hour later to see if room was ready and was told again that it wasn't. A lady got on the phone and walked to the room and it was ready all along the housekeeper had not marked the room done 😡 wasted my time and gas waiting for this room that was done all along.

I had prepaid for breakfast, but they insisted that I did not, this is the second time they do this, after a few minutes they found where I had, but the next day they charge my credit card. Will not stay there again.

The staff is wonderful- especially those in the restaurant. The hotel had an issue with the water, but the restaurant staff made it right. They were very kind and generous.

The room was perfect and service was great. And they had a free shuttle that made getting around very convenient. Our shuttle driver Darren was amazing. He even stayed late after his shift so that he could pick us up after our concert was over.

Well I traveled across the US and this was the first time I ever walked into the room they gave me with some older naked guy holding a pillow on the bed. Plus I’m very unhappy that nothing was really done about it and even in the morning there was no one but a trainee working the desk. He said there was no management there. There was a lot of little girls there for I guess some soccer tournament or something. What if one of the parents waked into that with their little girls? That was completely unacceptable. All I got was, I’m sorry I guess the new guy yesterday didn’t mark that he stayed another night. Unacceptable
