### Entire place

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Downtown Gem Close to Everything

You'll love everything about this centrally located apartment! It's walking distance to the new Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, Stone's Throw Brewery, and so much more! Well furnished with everything you need for an overnight stay or longer.  
  
The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The couch in the living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional two people. A pack n play is available upon request.  
  
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building so there is one flight of stairs that must be climbed. There are only four units in this part of the building.   
  
The back balcony in the kitchen is not completely enclosed so please be mindful of this with younger children/pets.  
  
We don’t live on the property but are available should you need us for anything.  
  
This is a fantastic Downtown location just two blocks from the art museum, three minute’s drive to East Village, Fidel & Co Coffee, Sterling Market, Camp Taco and more. There’s a wonderful dog park within walking distance as well!

#### Great walkability

Location was great and close to so many walkable restaurants. The place was pretty clean but I would recommend replacing the shower curtain liner. The bed sounded as though it was breaking each time we got in and out of it. We realized that the stabilizers in the middle need adjusted/fixed. I also would recommend replacing the daylight bulbs within the lamps with a warmer hue. The light was harsh at night. Overall a good stay.
