The bed comforter had burns and it was a non smoking room. The stitching was coming out of the comforter, it had strings hanging everywhere. Ice machine was broken and had a roach laying in it. One of the light bulbs was broken off in the light socket and was hanging out of the fixture.

I felt like I was about to be raped. It was very unsafe and the room I was given had someone already staying in there, with a barking dog. I was terrified. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I did not end up staying. 0/10

Have stayed at this property before and it was ok. That is why I chose to stay again This time, NO! Noisy! Neighbors banging doors which made the whole floor shake. Some of the doors looked like they had been kicked in. Chunks of wall missing. And generally looking “run down”

This place is cheap, close to the airport, close to Simmons Arena, and there's a Waffle House literally right across the parking lot. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Hello David I am sorry about your recent expereience. We did have our interent down for most of the day and we ended up with some room confusions. We did not charge the virtual card of expedia so please give them a call so you can get your refund.

Did not even stay in the motel. There was a suspicious man in the parking lot that exchanged a few words with us. A short time later he appeared to be breaking into a car and was still there when we located our room. We just left.

This place is a dump of all dumps, is the worse motel I have ever put my foot in . The smell was unbearable. The towels and bed covers smell like they were wash without detergent or maybe not even wash at all. It was so bad that I just took a shower, use my own towel, pick-up my stuff and drove to a rest area off the the 40 highway and slept in my car.

Safety Violations
There appeared to be safety violations in our room. A plastic bag was wrapped around the sprinkler head, and a washcloth was stuffed into the connector for the smoke detector. I don't think we'll ever stay there again.

The hotel room wasn’t that bad and the staff was friendly. However, I was bit by bugs overnight and I had a terrible reaction. I’m not sure if there are bed bugs, or there was a spider in the room but I have really bad bite marks that are still here a week later. The toilet didn’t flush either. I would stay here again for a layover due to the price and convenience, but the hotel was not that great

I booked this room for a friend who arrived late (10pm) and was shown to a room with no hot water and had to be moved. Then he was switched to a room with black mold and an infestation of roaches. It was so bad he left and has to go to another hotel at midnight just to get away from the disgustingness. The front desk person couldn’t help and customer service didn’t help or offer a refund. The

I booked one room for a friend to stay one night at Motel 6 close to Little Rock Aiport, Arkansas. my friend called me to tell me that his flight in Dallas was reschduled until 07/25/23 at 10:00am. he scheduled check in at Motel 6 was on 07/24/23 at 3pm. I called the property numerous times at 501-319-6772, someone will hung up after couple minutes without saying anything. Finally I escalated the issue to Expedia Customer Service. I am very disappointed with the customer service bad Customer service. I will give less than one star ratting

Made reservations here only to get there at 4am to be told that my driver license doesn't match the last name so they can't rent the room . Even though I'm a Wyndham member I'm livid so I will not be renting from that property anymore I won't even go to it and I will not recommend anyone else to go to it tired driving that long of a way only to be turned around after making reservations earlier that day and I still have to go through changes as if I just drove up and walked in and asked for a hotel room 🧐☹️

I booked online. I drove 13 hours to the hotel. They told me they were full even though I showed them my reservation number. They turned me away and assured me I wouldn’t be charged. They still charged me the next morning. Since they told me they were full they had no receipt or copy of my DL so my travel card covered me. They never returned my multiple voicemails about the charge.

The door had been kicked in and would not close all the way. The faucet was missing in the bathroom. The lights did not work. There were holes in the ceiling stuffed with toilet paper. Cigarette burns in the bedding, a hole in the mattress. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. There were vagarants all over the hotel. Management refused refund. I booked for 3 nights, and barely stayed one.

This is the worst place I have ever seen. Every corner of this hotel is dirty. Pillows, sheets, walls, bathroom. There are bugs everywhere. And they are not even refunding the money. The parking lot is full with some people doing illegal business. How can this place be in expedia? How is it in this level? Very disapointed with Expedia, very.
