Tampering with or disabling any of these security or monitoring devices will result in a $250 penalty. 5️⃣ CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT, AND FEES Check In/Out Times • Check-In & Check-Out times are clearly indicated on the booking reservation and adhered to at all times. • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated, for an additional fee, and only with prior approval from the host. Approvals of early check-in or late check-out will be clearly indicated on the booking reservation. • Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will result in a $150 fee per hour of unauthorized access to the property, with a minimum $150 fee. • Any late check-out without prior approval will result in an automatic $150 fee per hour past check-out time. • Any early check-in without prior approval will result in an automatic $150 fee per hour prior to scheduled check-in time. Excessive Cleaning Fee • If the property requires extra cleaning due to excessive mess, trash, stains, or damages, guests will be charged for the actual additional costs.
