### Little River Retreat

Let yourself unwind in the gorgeous coastal lands of Mendocino as you're tucked away in a spacious loft apartment made for relaxation. We’ve designed a large studio space with fluffy linens, handmade textiles, and natural touches to delight you. Walking distance to the beach, sunset views, a restaurant and store--it's a perfectly-situated restful nook on the coast. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).  
  
We’ve provided robes, slippers and natural bath products for your luxurious moments in the claw foot tub. (Note: we installed a shower that is quite low and not great for tall people—it’s mainly a functional addition for quick showers if the tub isn’t enough).  
  
Downstairs you’ll find a well appointed kitchenette with everything you need to make small meals. Coffee, multiple teas, and some light food is provided in case you get in late. We encourage you to step outside on the porch or hang out in our spacious shared front yard.  
  
The retreat loft has its own entrance and is secure and private, but does share walls with the main house where the owner or their guests will be residing. Please note the property is shared, so we ask you to honor quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
