The carpet had huge stains and was ripped in several places. The furniture worn, we actually bought sheets to use as covers. The arm of the recliner kept falling off. The beds were very lumpy. The management company very quick to respond when the dishwasher flooded. Did not realize that bedrooms upstairs. Not clear from listing.The location was great for our purpose.
