"I was the first person to occupy this beautifully, newly renovated apartment. Naturally, there were a few items needed, such as an iron and ironing board, kitchen knives, a pot, oven gloves, etc., and both Lina and Gerome, the onsite maintenance man, were not only quick in obtaining and supplying such things, they were very appreciative of the feedback. "Amazing pool with plenty of comfy seating surrounding and shade available. Enjoyed the coffee shop both in morning and evening. The upper deck infinity bar with evening vocalist was both relaxing and entertaining. Rooms were clean and well maintained. My girls enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling in the cove. The steak house and Japanese restaurant provided exceptional dining experience. Good late-night burger at Sports bar. All bartenders and wait staff very friendly. Expedia staff very helpful and checked in on us a couple of times. Very pleasant experience at Grand palladium for our family vacation!"
