« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« We arrived. The lady who checked us in, she was super friendly, professional and nice. She accomodated us in everyway. The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet. The room, even the new room we were assigned smelled musty. Terribly musty. The outside door on the end of the building wouldnt close properly. Anyone could come and go. Also one of my kids ended up...

« Overall the hotel was decent however I had lil kids running around on the fourth floor over my head and was next to the stairs where the door slammed all day and night! Didn't get any sleep! They need to consider putting SOFT CLOSE on their doors because that was VERY annoying plus I ordered a King bed but it wasn't honored »

« The hotel literally smelled awful the second we walked in. It’s surrounded by a chop shop in front and abandoned restaurants to the side. The room was filthy. The fire alarm kept going off. We asked for a repair and it took over 2 hours and me calling the fire department to get it fixed. The employee at the desk called me “white devil” because at the 2 hour mark I asked how much longer it was going to be before they could fix it. Total waste of money. I would highly recommend going literally...

« Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean. »

« Wonderful bed & breakfast. We always stay here on our way to Gulf Shores. The owners are top notch. Breakfast is the bomb & is included with your stay. And if you are looking for a steak they have one of the best. »
