"Very good for the price extremely clean , always fresh towels . I think the only thing that wasn’t great about the room was the top lock didnt work at all but other than that a steal for the price you pay and the ice cream was amazing!"

"The good - this condo is in a great location! My family loved the super easy walk across the street to the beach. As well as the ability to walk to the dock to fish anytime! Fishing on the dock was a highlight for my kids for sure. The condo community is small, very quiet, nice neighbors, and plenty of parking. The could be better - the condo was not as clean as I was expecting in reading other reviews. It was actually one of the dirtiest we’ve stayed in. I did message the host about an issue and he was very quick to respond and was apologetic. I appreciate that! We took care of the issue on our end, which is fine but also took time out of our vacation. It also felt a little like we were being nickel and dimed… we are a family of 6, each sink (bathrooms and kitchen) had literally 1 cm of hand soap left in the pumps. We had to run to Walmart to buy more soap. Each bathroom had one roll of TP. The kitchen had one small roll of paper towels. We don’t expect an abundance of supplies but after driving for 12 hours it’s disappointing to have to make Walmart runs as soon as we check in and also again the next day just to have enough supplies for a couple days. We did have a great vacation, I just want to share so future renters know what to expect."

"Our family loved this beach house. This is the fourth year to stay in a beach house. We love a condo on the beach but haven't found one large enough for our growing family. The beach was very private and not crowded at all. Thanks to our host for making it so enjoyable. L. Davis"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome stay with plenty of room for three families with a total of 12 people. Loved the proximity to the beach. We were able to sit on the back porch and watch our older kids have fun on the beach. My only reservation would be that there was no outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the house; there was only a water hose available. Overall, a fabulous place to stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again."
