Room was decent and clean. Location is good for sightseeing and eating. They only have one person at the front desk one shift a day. If you arrive early or late no one is there to check you in. If you have a problem or lose your room card same thing.

Room 109 toilet light flickering. Downstairs entering place no fan, hot. Pool water dirty

This property is looking fairly tired. We had a superior room with incredible views and lovely high ceilings, so the room was spacious and easy to relax in. It is, however, in need of some maintenance - chipped laminate, water damaged skirtings etc. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, super respectful. There was one waiter in particular we would like to give a shoutout to - my apologies for misspelling his name, which I believe is Jhorarule - he was absolutely lovely; even if he wasn’t serving us himself, he would come over and say hello and make sure we were okay. It was the staff who really made our stay so much better.

They are a great team of staff. Greetings & with a friendly smiles make the whole experiences wonderful. - They are attentive. - The unique & wonderful design of the hotel is cosy & warm welcoming. - Great location. The only minus piont is the limited parking lots.

Very clean room, a bit dark in the bathroom but super clean and helpful staff. The pool and the gym were great. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle in the morning to various breakfast areas. Lots of malls close by.. lol. We went to the pool every night to cool off. Bedrooms were comfortable, great sleep. Staff at reception were super helpful!
