9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
Pros - clean, modern, and well maintained.
Cons - pillows in room are extremely too flat and hard. Restaurant staff service was horrible on both occasions that I went there. Apparently there was a lack of staff to handle the workload and the wait for service was unacceptable.
I would stay here again though but eat somewhere else.

8.6/10 Excellent! (948 reviews)
The hotel overall was beautiful. I loved the entrance, how secure it felt because you have to be let in. It was very clean once inside, there was a nice sit down area where you can relax if you’re waiting for someone or just want somewhere quiet to sit. Fresh water is also provided as you walk towards the front desk which I really liked. Who checked us in was pretty quiet, didn’t really mention anything about where the amenities were or anything else, and I’m from out of town with this being my first visit at this hotel. I also noticed that someone must’ve tried opening our room door around 10am the following day. Check-in wasn’t for another couple hours. Nobody announced “housekeeping” or knocked. It was a good thing we had the flip lock on. It was strange because obviously it had to be staff, but I thought they had to knock and announce themselves before entering. Nobody was really around to even look into it further which was disappointing.
