This vacation rental sets the scene for the ultimate all-season vacation spot, a great place to make family memories! Ideally situated on beautiful Lake Minnebelle, this property includes TWO beautifully furnished homes and boasts a large lawn, dock, sandy shoreline, pontoon rental and all the amenities! Lake Minnebelle is located a little over an hour from the western edge of the twin cities metro area. Cook for a crowd in the two fully furnished kitchens, grill outside on the gas grill or roast hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. Fish right from the dock. Or, use the kayaks included in your rental or rent our pontoon to explore the lake. Enjoy breathtaking water views, sunrises and sunsets. Cabin #1 is lakeside and Cabin #2 is directly across the road, approximately 100 feet away. Both cabins have air conditioning and wi-fi. Cabin #2 has a gas fireplace. The entire garage at Cabin #2 has been converted into a game room. During your stay, enjoy spectacular sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. In the summer, relax on a floatie in the crystal-clear lake water, or take a stroll around the lake and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. Enjoy winter activities like snowmobiling, ice fishing, and cross country skiing in the winter months. Lake Minnebelle is an almost 600-acre lake in Meeker County. It has 4.8 miles of shoreline and an average depth of 32 feet. It is known as one of the nicest, clearest lakes in the area. Fishing is great! Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Walleye, Northern Pike, Large and Smallmouth Bass, Bluegills, Crappie and Sunfish and Perch. The water is clear and the shoreline is shallow and sandy – perfect for kids to play in. Area restaurants, antique shops, golfing, coffee shops, shopping and many other activities are all within in a few miles. SEc Cabin #1: All rooms are on one level. There is one small step inside the entry to get to the living area. Bedroom 1 – Queen bed (overlooks the lake, wake up to beautiful sunrises) Bedroom 2 – Queen bed Queen Murphy bed available in the living room 1 Bathroom with shower (no bathtub) Fully furnished kitchen Regular coffeemaker and Keurig coffeemaker Sectional couch can be used for extra sleeping accommodation Cabin #2: There is a flight of stairs to get into the living area. Bedroom #1: Queen bed and Twin bed Bedroom #2 – Two Queen beds Bathroom #1: shower (no bathtub) Bathroom #2: shower and bathtub combo Bathroom #3: located in the garage/gameroom, just a toilet and sink The living room provides a view of the lake Sectional couch can be used for extra sleeping accommodation Fully furnished kitchen with regular coffeemaker Clothes washer and dryer provided Double second-story decks with great chairs for lounging THE BASICS: No smoking, no pets, no excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Absolutely no driving/parking on the grass! Driving and/or parking on the grass will incur an additional fee. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Extra vehicles can be parked at the public landing, just a short distance from the cabins. Note: the base rate includes up to 11 guests. Additional guests are charged a fee of $30.00 per day, per guest. \*\*ONLY authorized, registered guests are allowed at the property. Additional guests are charged for at a rate of $30 per person, per day. We must have name, address and phone number of any visiting guests. \*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties. We had a party of 9–my family which includes 4 kids 8,11,14,16 and 3 other adult family members. We were able to bring our own fishing boat as well as rent pontoon to accommodate all family members! My kids fished right off dock as well as swam and played on the large water pad. The kayaks were an added bonus we didn’t know about but. Huge hit because the lake is quiet and calm so even my 66 year old dad got in and out as well as my 8 yr old daughter! Kim was great at communicating and helping me out with questions—we hope to stay again!! Also-love location because 2 towns are close by for groceries and entertainment off the water, as we had 1 rainy day. ##### Tiffany N. Outdoor space and proximity to the beautiful lake with nice clear water, small beach area and beautiful views was great. We had a multigenerational group, and the two cabins were perfect for our family. The kids loved swimming and playing on the beach, the adults loved the second cabin to getaway to and have some quiet time, and the grandparents felt comfortable in the single level cabin with beautiful lake views. We especially appreciated the kayaks and swimming raft. The young kids had lots of luck with fishing off the dock. We hope to return again soon! ##### Suzan P. This was our family's second annual trip together, exploring a different part of Minnesota each time. We really enjoyed our stay at Kim's two properties, spending time outside and at the lake, and walking around downtown Litchfield (great shops!). The cabins were so lovely - very comfortable and well-appointed! Kim was super helpful with answering any questions. We would stay here again! ##### Emily B. There were 10 of us total, all adults. The two cabins worked great. We could divide up between those who go to bed early and those who like to stay up late! The cabins were well stocked and had everything we needed and were very clean. We also rented the pontoon for a day which was a simple process and allowed for a bit more fishing. No big fish were caught, but we still had fun. Kim was very accessible and responsive. Overall a pleasant, relaxing time. ##### Melissa M. We had a multi family stay at Kim’s property and 9 adults fit comfortably between both homes. The accommodations are top notch and as pictures attest. The lakeside home had a nice patio area with easy access to the lake and dock. I think this is the clearest lake I have seen in August! It was very warm and enjoyable to play/be in the water. The use of the kayaks was great as was the north paddle board. We did take the pontoon out one day and enjoyed that as well. Lake is quiet and neighbors friendly. Overall the houses and yards are well maintained! The kitchens were well stocked with gadgets and pots/pans. So easy to play games inside or out and plenty to do and keep everyone happy. ##### Shawn M. The cabins are updated and nice water access. Also the public boat launch and overflow parking are really close and convenient. The houses were the best stocked Rentals we have been in. Just about every kitchen item you could think of and plenty of spices for cooking, lots of towels for bath and beach, even laundry soap was there (but we brought our own anyway).
