The serene bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-size bed, promising restful nights, while the stylish sofa bed in the living area comfortably accommodates two additional guests. The generous bathroom features a sleek shower cubicle, offering a refreshing start—or end—to your day. Outside, a seating area is ideal for morning coffee or al fresco evening drinks.  
  
Wander into the communal garden or explore the surrounding nine acres of unspoilt countryside—an ever-changing landscape teeming with wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for soaring buzzards, hooting owls, darting bats, shy deer, and, if you’re lucky, the elusive otter gliding silently by the lake’s edge. Just over a mile away lies the enchanting Wishing Well Halt at St Keyne—a quaint stop on the scenic Looe Valley Line.
