Enclosed back garden with decking, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Families, couples and holidaymakers only. There are 5 steps in the garden.. Rivendell Cottage is a picturesque stone retreat that welcomes you through a charming front gate into a delightful world of character and comfort.

The property wraps around to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, ideal for morning coffee or planning adventures. A side hall leads out to a lovely enclosed garden, featuring a decking area with garden furniture and a lawn for relaxing or dining al fresco. Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms, two with kingsize beds, one of which has a TV, and a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There’s also a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower attachment. Tastefully decorated throughout, Rivendell Cottage offers style, comfort, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a stunning moorland setting for the family and welcome furry friends.  
  
Staying in a holiday let in Minions, Cornwall, offers a truly memorable escape amidst breathtaking scenery. Nestled high on Bodmin Moor, this unique village is surrounded by dramatic landscapes, rolling hills, and grazing sheep, true sheep country at its finest. It’s the perfect setting for walkers, nature lovers, and anyone seeking peace and wide-open skies. A mile from your door brings you to the local pub, a welcoming spot for hearty meals and a pint after a day exploring. There’s also a lovely café in the village, ideal for breakfast or a slice of homemade cake with views of the moor.
