The nearby fishing villages of Polperro and Looe (4 miles) offer picturesque harbours, where you can enjoy watching the boats come in with their daily catch, then sample the goods at the local restaurants. Take a boat trip to Looe Island, where you can spot grey seals sunbathing. For more fun-filled days out, The Monkey Sanctuary and Adrenaline Quarry are only 9 miles away and the popular beaches of Whitsand Bay and Tregantle are also a picturesque 15-mile trip. The Eden Project (16 miles) hosts numerous events throughout the year and makes for a great day or night out for all age groups.


Enter into this fantastic, converted barn and step into the light and contemporary open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. With lovely comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner, guests can enjoy snuggling up after a day exploring. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a nice hearty breakfast or a quick picnic. The two bedrooms can be found on the lower level and offer luxury linens and modern stylish furnishings, and are both immaculately presented. Outside is a private, enclosed, south-facing garden offering garden furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ to dine alfresco on a summer’s evening. Or, relax in the shared hot tub whilst taking in the amazing views. A natural play area for children, made from a series of tree stumps, will keep the little ones entertained, along with a swing set and slide. Let their imagination run wild with a specially designed fairy trail in the woods or enjoy feeding and collecting eggs from the resident hens.
