Upon my arrival, Gil was so helpful in accommodating my specific needs for my trip! The hotel is very well kept and itโ€™s conveniently located near restaurants, bakeries, and importantly all the sites if youโ€™re visiting to walk the path of St. Therese. My room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely come back again!

The room, although small, was comfortable.However, the staff did not know what they were doing when they charged my account for the breakfasts. I was overcharged โ‚ฌ38,74. Am in the process of recovering this amount.

Zunรคchst wurde das Zimmer als nicht bezahlt eingestuft, dann wurde uns ein falscher Zimmerpreis berechnet bzw. wir hatten ein Zimmer der hรถheren Kategorie gebucht und ein anderes erhalten. Das WLAN hat auch nicht funktioniert und es hat niemanden interessiert. Der Rezeptionist ist auch fรผr das Lokal zustรคndig und dementsprechend hat er sich auch verhalten.

Trรจs trรจs bon hรดtel. Je suis arrivรฉ un dimanche soir et dans lโ€™ascenseur il est indiquรฉ que le restaurant nโ€™est pas ouvert le dimanche. Mais quelle surprise de voir finalement le restaurant ouvert mรชme le dimanche soir. Cโ€™est un rรฉgal et le rapport qualitรฉ prix est plus quโ€™excellent. La chambre รฉtait superbe et le confort au rdv. Je nโ€™ai pas profiter du balcon en dรฉcembre hรฉlas mais nul doute que lโ€™รฉtat cโ€™est encore un plus.

Aunque ya habia pagado la habitacion y el desayuno, el hotel me ha hecho pagar la habitaciรณn. Ahora me dicen que he de escribirles un mail para solicitar la devouciรณn. Ruego por favor, requieran al establecimiento con urgencia para que me devuelvan los 99 euros que cobraron anoche cuando llegue pues la habitaciรณn aya estaba abonavna a ytraves de hotels.com.

Excellent sรฉjour. Chambre propre, tres bien รฉquipรฉe avec des solutions de rangements pour sรฉjours longs. Literie excellente. SdB rรฉnovรฉe et trรจs bien รฉquipรฉe. Personnels extrรชmement gentils, disponibles et aux petits soins. Le restaurant est de trรจs bonne facture et les serveurs de bons conseils. Hรดtel trรจs bien placรฉ pour visiter le carmel et la cathรฉdrale de sainte Thรฉrรจse ร  pied.
