Parking is onsight but shared with the leisure center, which is very busy. The room was on the other side of the property which was not convenient at all. I was asked about adding the breakfast to my room, which I did not; however, I was not informed about use of any amenities. Front desk not helpful or friendly upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were nice.

Ballerific! Loved all of the fine touches to the room. Comfortable bed, and bedding. Robe, slippers. The turn down service was quite nice. Wonderful views especially from the glass elevators!
Beautiful walks along.the river and the River Club for food and drinks.
Stephan at the lobby bar is a treasure. Young man pours an excellent Guinness. Excellent hydration and libations. Thank you for the honey/ginger tea for my wife.
Walkable from Cork Kent station.
Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is not a 4-star hotel as listed.
I would rate it as a 2-star hotel. First of all, the room was too small. There was no room to walk around. No space to put your suit cases or luggage. There was no closet to hang up your clothes. The floors were dirty with stains. No tissue provided. This was the first hotel out of hundreds I have booked that doesn't provided tissue . Over all very disappointing experiences. Oh, and the noise at night was the worst. There was construction noises going on all night, therefore I didn't get any sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed in the apartment. No housekeeping during a 4-night stay. Staff didn’t answer the phone “because we are really busy.”
The downside is being up on the hill away from restaurants etc. but still worth it. Beautiful gardens and property.
